Leigh-Ann Goggio

200 RYT

For me, yoga is a journey of the mind, body and spirit. My practice is spiritual, and I often ask people to dive deep and ask themselves what they need from their practice. My passion is gentle, slow flow yoga and adaptive yoga that focuses on finding breath in movement and stillness, allowing students of all types to find peace in their practice. Guiding students through meditation and breathing practice is something I find joy in. It allows us to focus on the present moment. The peace I find in yoga is something I want to share with the world. I feel it offers us space to grow and heal in all aspects of life, whether it be mentally or spiritually.
