I have heard for a long time that Yoga helps your back. I have neck and back problems. I’ve been using natural techniques such as Acupuncture,Massage, Chiropractic and Reiki for 2 years. It’s been going good, but it’s become expensive and time consuming. Yoga hasn’t cured me, but my my back feels good and I’m sleeping like a baby! I’ve had sleeping problems for 21 years!
